Gomm Developments is a property development company with more than 25 years’ experience of constructing luxurious new build homes in Oxfordshire.

We are a family-run business with an excellent reputation and an ethos built around integrity. We place importance on quality, not quantity, choosing to build and sell just a handful of exclusive homes every year. 

We take care of the complete development process: land assessment, buying, obtaining planning permission, designing, managing construction and completing the homes. This gives us total control over the location, design and quality of our homes.

We use sustainable, locally sourced materials wherever possible, also including features and technology such as Solar PV cells, electric car charging point capability, superior insulation, Band A appliances and low energy lighting.

Over the years we’ve developed a network of trusted partners and local suppliers who ensure integrity for our builds, as well as beautiful craftsmanship and high-quality finishes within our homes.
